General Conditions

GRADE WITH TAG LTD is an authorised Dealer for TAG Grading LLC. GRADE WITH TAG LTD serves as a direct intermediary for TAG Grading LLC.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Shipping, Insurance and Damages

– The cost of shipping from our office to TAG GRADING LLC is covered by GRADE WITH TAG LTD.

– GRADE WITH TAG LTD accepts no responsibility for any cards damaged/lost whilst in transit to us for submission. It is down to you (the submitter) to ensure that all cards are correctly packaged and insured for their journey to us for grading.

– Once graded, return shipping is covered by the purchaser at a flat rate. GRADE WITH TAG LTD uses Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery by default. Customers may request alternate UK carriers at their expense, this can be done by contacting info@gradewithtag.com once an order has been placed. If the parcels are too heavy for Royal Mail Services then shipping will be with FedEx Next Day Services or DPD next day; this will be contacted and invoiced once weighed on grading return (from TAG GRADING LLC).

– Return shipping is paid upfront at checkout.

– Customers will pay insurance for their grading submission at 1% of the total RAW Value of their submission. This is paid upfront at the checkout. Customers can choose to declare a value of £0; this will mean any card losses to TAG GRADING LLC will not be insured.

– GRADE WITH TAG LTD is not liable for your items going to the wrong address so customers must remember to keep their address up to date as we ship to the most recent address that’s on our system. Should you move or need your collectibles returning to a different address, you must make this change on your account.

– Once we have shipped your graded items back to you and provided you with the shipping tracking number, your contract then lies with either Royal Mail or FedEx, so please contact them for any delivery inquiries you may have. Any damages caused by Royal Mail, FedEx or DPD will be covered up to the declared value of the items as declared at the checkout. If you would like to increase this, please contact info@gradewithtag.com with your order number. We recommend this for high value items as RAW and Graded cards differ in price. This is charged at 1% of the difference between the initial insurance value and the new value to ensure full insurance.

– GRADE WITH TAG LTD are not responsible for late deliveries via either Royal Mail or FedEx. If the items do not arrive next day, we will not chase to claim a refund.

Cancellations

Based on the nature of the business, once an order has been submitted and shipped to grade, no order cancellations or refunds will be processed.

Errors

GRADE WITH TAG LTD is not responsible for any errors made by TAG GRADING LLC in regards to slab labelling or mis-slabbing. We will offer a 50% refund on any mislabeled slab and 50% on that card’s re-submission.

Submission Terms and Conditions

– Payment for the submission is taken upfront. For those sending 250+ cards per month, extended payment terms can be considered. Please contact info@gradewithtag.com

– TAG GRADING LLC provides estimations, not guarantees regarding turnaround times. GRADE WITH TAG LTD is not liable for how long a submission takes to complete once arrived at TAG. Estimated turnaround times can be subject to change at any time but will be communicated to each customer.

– Stated Turnaround times exclude; processing, shipment to TAG GRADING LLC and handling.

– Each month there is a hard deadline; if cards arrive after shipment to TAG GRADING LLC, they will be scheduled for the end of the next month’s group submission.

– For every submission, the customer’s invoice must be included in the parcel to GRADE WITH TAG LTD. This is to ensure all orders are correct. If the invoice is not included, GRADE WITH TAG LTD will do its utmost to contact the customer and request it digitally.

Customer Consent

By using this service, you consent to GRADE WITH TAG LTD handling your trading cards. This could include removing from a top loader into a semi-rigid. If a significant amount are sent top loaded and not in semi-rigid holders, a cost of £0.15 per card will be invoiced at the end of the submission.

Should you feel that your card has sustained damage that was not there prior to your submission, please get in contact.

Data Usage

By using our services, you automatically consent that your contact details will be passed to the grading company that you are using for Business Continuity purposes.

This contact information will be limited to your name, email address and telephone number.

The legal basis of processing and transferring your personal data in this way is to ensure the successful performance of a contract.
Your contact details will not be used or transferred for marketing purposes by GRADE WITH TAG LTD, nor the grading companies that we share your information with, and this consent cannot be revoked until your order has been successfully completed and your collectibles are returned to you.

The third party companies will store and retain your data in line with their privacy policies and retention periods. Details of these can be obtained directly from the associated companies.
