the Grade With TAG Process
Order Placed
Once you've placed your order and completed payment, carefully package your cards in semi-rigid holders, protect them in a bubble mailer, along with your order number on the inside and outside of your package, and send them to our Grade With TAG UK office (address at the bottom of the page). We’ll confirm receipt of your parcel and begin preparing your cards for the official TAG grading process. We also have the option for you to place your order and/or drop off your cards in one of our registered drop off stores listed in the Pick Up section when placing your order. On Route to TAG HQ
At the end of each month, after the submission window closes, all collected orders are securely packaged and shipped to TAG Grading HQ in California via our trusted FedEx representative.
Verfication, Grading and Encapsulation
Once your cards arrive in California, the grading process begins. TAG uses advanced imaging technology and machine learning to assess and grade each card. Any defects are clearly documented in a detailed digital report. After grading, your card is encased in high-quality, UV-protected acrylic for secure protection. You will be sent a email from TAG directly, with a log in link to their portal, where you can track your order and view your cards digital report once they are graded.
Grading Returned to Customers
Once TAG has completed grading your submission, we will notify you. Your cards are then shipped back to the UK office. As soon as they arrive, we’ll send them out to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery/FEDEX for next-day arrival. Follow our Instagram for the most up to date information on each months order!

We endeavor to submit your cards to TAG within 5 working days of the monthly deadline, which is always the last working day of the month. Priority and Walkthrough services processed separately.
