Grade with TAG and enjoy an estimated 45-business-day turnaround for just £19.99 per card, once the card reaches TAG HQ. No upcharges, no maximum value limits—transparent pricing for every submission.
Return shipping from the Grade With TAG office is £6.99, charged upfront when placing your order. We use Royal Mail and FedEx for return shipments.
Submissions are shipped out the within 5 business days after the submission deadline closes. Once TAG receives the submission package, it is estimated to be graded within 30 Business days. We’ll return it to you the within 5 business days, once arrived back at Grade With TAG.
No, all customs declarations are handled by Grade With TAG and TAG.
We highly recommend insuring your cards at their full value when placing your order. This ensures peace of mind, as any lost cards will be covered by the insurance if insurance is chosen. If you do not choose to insure your cards, you may not recieve any compensation if a submission is lost in transit or damaged!

You can also use their set registry to search for cards they have graded already.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
Throughout the process, you will receive regular updates on what stage your submission is at, as well as confirmation of shipment received, processed, en route to TAG, TAG receipt, grading, and return shipping.
One of the benefits of our relationship with TAG is that you track the order on their website, just like you would if you were a submitter in the States, giving you quick and easy access to your cards journey, without having to wait for an update from us. You will be sent a link from TAG, with your log in, once your cards are shipped to TAG, or you can go to TAG's site and sign up with your email address used at checkout and you will be able to see the where the card is in the production line.
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Not at the moment, however we hope to be able to offer an EU service once normal TAG services resume, hopefully by August!

Please sleeve your cards and place them in semi-rigid holders. Do not use tight-fit or exact-fit sleeves, as they may cause damage during transit.
If your card is mislabelled, we’ll resubmit it for correction at no extra charge during the next submission.
If your card cannot be graded due to issues like authenticity, size, miscut, or non-pack-pulled autographs, you’ll be refunded 50% of the submission fee for that card.
If you submit a card that is detailed on the TAG website as not something they grade, they may charge the full price for their grading services, and no refund will be given.
The service includes TAG's Card Care - This is completed by TAG (In California) and removes debris and fingerprints from the card. It's always worth looking over each card carefully for service, corner and edge wear.
